Blake Windham is the Chief Ambulatory Executive at INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, where he leads the system's ambulatory care strategy and operations.

He joined INTEGRIS from Texas Health Resources, where he served as Administrator of Integrated Health Campuses beginning in 2020. There, he built a track record as a results-driven operator, standardizing care to drive significant gross revenue growth, achieving top-tier patient satisfaction scores, leading facility renovation projects to elevate the patient experience, and launching a new telehealth progam.

Brandon Robertson
Founder & President, UCP Merchant Medicine
​Brandon J. Robertson is Founder and President of UCP Merchant Medicine. He formed UCP Merchant Medicine in 2015 and has sought to create opportunities for health systems to thrive in the ever-changing healthcare consumerism space with focus in the on-demand care industry.
For the last decade, Brandon has advised hundreds of leaders on approaches and models to optimize patient experience and throughput. To date, 150 urgent care centers utilize the UCP Merchant Medicine model and produce 34-minute average door-to-door times and Net Promoter scores in the 90s.
Brandon’s expertise is in healthcare consumer centric modern urgent care, virtual care, and occupational health services. He is an expert in artificial intelligence applications for healthcare as well as Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
Brandon holds an MBA from the University of Colorado with emphasis in Healthcare Administration.

Heather Fernandez is the CEO and co-founder of Solv Health.

Heather has focused her career on creating intuitive, transparent, and innovative consumer experiences. Prior to founding Solv, Heather helped scale Trulia from its early days through its acquisition by Zillow (NASDAQ: ZG). Her career spans politics and technology, including roles as Press Secretary in the U.S. House of Representatives and on Senator John McCain’s 2000 presidential campaign.
Heather is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Kristen Valdes

Kristen Valdes is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 20 years of industry experience. She is the Founder and CEO of b.well, the industry’s leading interoperability and digital health platform, and was named an Entrepreneur Of The Year 2025 Mid-Atlantic Award winner by EY US. She was also recognized as a Top Innovator in Accenture's Global Health Tech Innovation Challenge. Previously, Kristen held leadership roles at United Healthcare and XLHealth, where she played a key role in a $2.4 billion acquisition.
Her work is inspired by personal advocacy in healthcare, earning her recognition as a "40 Under 40" innovator and being named one of "Women Transforming Industries" by Accenture. Kristen actively participates on various healthcare boards, including the CARIN Alliance, Health Scholars, and Nest Collaborative.
She holds a degree in Business Information Systems from Stevenson University.

Megan Leyba currently serves as the Director of Operations for INTEGRIS Health's AllSet Urgent Care network, where she oversees multiple clinic locations across Oklahoma and leads strategic initiatives focused on operational excellence, growth, quality outcomes, and patient experience.
Megan's healthcare journey began on the front lines of patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Business Administration.
Passionate about advancing healthcare delivery, Megan is committed to improving access to care, enhancing the patient experience, and supporting healthcare professionals in reaching their full potential. Her leadership philosophy centers on servant leadership, continuous improvement, and empowering others to achieve success.

Teresa Asma
COO, Solv Health
With over 15 years of experience in technology and healthcare, Teresa has built a reputation for scaling early-stage concepts into impactful, consumer-ready solutions.
Teresa Asma is the Chief Operating Officer at Solv Health, where she drives the company's operations and financial strategy. Before joining Solv, Asma spent most of her career working on new technologies that worked in the lab or in theory, and bringing them to real world consumers. She began her career at Intel, supporting SOC architecture research and commercialization. An early finance hire at Google [X] – Asma partnered across a broad range of R&D teams including driverless cars (Waymo), augmented reality (Google Glass), telecom (Project Loon), delivery (Wing), and health tech (Google Life Sciences). As part of the founding team at Verily Life Sciences, Asma led the strategic finance function, helping to plan, fund and build innovative solutions to tackle intractable problems in healthcare.
A dual-degree graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, Teresa is known for her expertise in building financial processes that support innovation. She is passionate about operational excellence, team building, and advancing groundbreaking projects that tackle complex challenges in healthcare.
